Q: 1) How did you first get into art? 

A: 1) I got into art when I was maybe 7-8 when my friend showed me her art and introduced me to anime and what is what in general (I used to think anime was a person's name T_T).

Q: 2) Do you run into art block and if so, how do you deal with it? 

A: 2) I get art block all the time when I can't get my mind in its creative space (same goes for writing). But how I deal with this is to simply surround my headspace with good art+artists so I get an idea of what art level I plan to pursue. 

Q: 3) What are some of your favorite techniques to learn art? 

A: 3) Uhm, I haven't really learned art professionally (except for one time I went to a small L.A art camp near the beach for a few hours for an art lesson..) But I've watched a few (y T) vids for inspo and I look at pin a lot for refs. 

Q: 4) Who are your biggest artistic influences? 

A: 4) My biggest art influences...(ggx lets be real) but regarding one of my fav artist scratcher <3, probably kan lui, Aidalro...really just random art i find on pin and manga artists along with animation techniques from different animation books by anime/movie studios like WIT, Studio Trigger, Ufotable, Sony, etc.

Q: 5) Do you have any favorite brushes or apps you use? 

A: 5) I don't really have any favorite brushes, but for procr8, I often use gloaming for my lineart+sketch and I've been digging the old beach brush lately. :>

Q: 6) Do you have a certain color palette/scheme that is your favorite? 

A: 6) I don't exactly have a favorite, but I always end up using blue a lot or different kinds of blue at least. I try to make the lighting an opposing color but it doesn't always work out ;-; 

Q: 7) How do you express yourself through your art? 

A: 7) I try my best to express the context of my story(ies) through art and my character's essence in general. I'm wanting to show the dynamics of my art skills more thoroughly, but im getting there haha. I try to espress my respect and love for whichever illustration I'm creating that's based off the franchise as well as showing off my art style replicated as the already existing media lol >:3
